Jeff Rose is a Canadian trade unionist, public servant and former national president of the Canadian Union of Public Employees (1983-1991).

Rose began his career as a city planner in the City of Toronto and became active with his local union, CUPE Local 79, which reprsents City of Toronto inside workers. In 1980 he became president of Local 79 and, becoming active with the union on a national scale, became national president in 1983. He left CUPE in 1993 to become deputy minister of intergovernmental affairs in the Ontario New Democratic Party government of Bob Rae.
