The Supreme Court of Ontario was a superior court of the Canadian province of Ontario. Now defunct, it was replaced sometime around 1990 by the Ontario Court (General Division).
The Ontario Court (General Division) was later replaced by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
The Supreme Court of Ontario had a number of divisions and was a s. 96 court with inherent jurisdiction. In the court hierarchy, it was below the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
