Awards
In the spirit of kindness and recognition we strongly encourage the use of the following barnstars, awards and assorted goodies:

The Barnstar of National Merit
The Barnstar of National Merit may be awarded to an editor who contributes significantly to expand or improve Wikipedia's coverage of any given country.
It may also be awarded to those who create a particularly fine article on the subject of Geography.

{{subst:The Polish Barnstar of National Merit|message ~~~~}} |
The Polish Barnstar of National Merit, 1st Class
The Polish Barnstar of National Merit, 1st Class is a specific variant of the Barnstar of National Merit, which may be awarded to editors who contribututed significantly to expand or improve Wikipedia's coverage of Poland. The 1st Class award should be used for very significant contributions (for example, getting an article to FA level). In most cases, the 2nd Class (below) will be sufficient. As a rule of thumb, somebody should have already received a 2nd Class award before being eligible for the 1st Class.

The Polish Barnstar of National Merit, 2nd Class
The Polish Barnstar of National Merit, 2nd Class is a specific variant of Barnstar of National Merit, which may be awarded to editors who contributed significantly to expand or improve Wikipedia's coverage of Poland. The 2nd Class can be given for various reasons, but if the contributor has done something really significant, and has already received this award, consider giving him or her a 1st Class award (above).

See Category:Articles needing translation from Polish Wikipedia for articles to translate. `
| Articles nominated at WP:FAC: none at present |
This page attempts to organize and keep track of the articles on Poland and Polish related subjects on Wikipedia. Each article is assigned a level of completeness according to the following scale:
-
-
-
-
- stub, a paragraph or two, completely inadequate.
- maybe a few paragraphs, but coverage is inadequate, still missing some basic information.
- Many paragraphs, covers all, or almost all, basic information, provides a bit of depth.
- Featured article status, or has gone as far as it can go, as in the case of a simple list.
When rating articles keep in mind the subject at hand. A very broad topic could be considered inadequate even if it is much longer than another article on a very narrow topic. Please update the page as you see fit.

Jestem z zawodu informatykiem-teoretykiem, poetą, wieloletnim guru Usenetu, redaktorem i prezesem 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation w USA (obecnie w Illinois): A Small Garlic Press i współredaktorem naczelnym pisma/instalacji w sieci Agnieszka's Dowry (AgD) ISSN 1088-4300 gdzie m.in. robię za drukarza/plastyka/informatyka stosowanego/projektanta okładek i książek/webmastera. -- Mareklug talk 05:00, 25 March 2009 (UTC))
